A current photo, up-to-date vaccinations (Rabies, DHPP, Bordetella), and an emergency contact. The first day is a free meet-and-greet plus a full medical and behaviour check — we handle the rest.
We take dogs from four months old, no upper limit. Shy arrivals start slow — one-on-one with a pack lead, a small calm group, and no rush. We meet them where they are.
Our vet clinic is on-site, seconds from the play area, open the same hours we are. Something off? We triage in minutes and call you first with a plan.
Yes. Every pet's file lists dosage, time, and owner notes. A tech confirms each dose and logs it, so you know exactly what happened and when.
