Terms of service.
The plain-English version. If anything is unclear, ask us — we’d rather you ask than assume.
Bookings and cancellations
Bookings are reservations, not paid orders — payment is taken at the facility. You can cancel up to four hours before drop-off without charge. Day-pass credits never expire.
Health and safety
All pets must have up-to-date Rabies, DHPP, and Bordetella vaccinations. Dogs with diarrhoea, cough, or nasal discharge will not be accepted. Female dogs in heat will not be accepted. We reserve the right to refuse service for the safety of all dogs and staff.
Liability
We take every reasonable precaution to keep your pet safe. In the unlikely event of injury or illness during a stay, we will treat your pet at our on-site clinic and contact you immediately. Owners remain responsible for any pre-existing conditions and for the actions of their pets.
Photography and media
We may take photographs of your pet during their stay and use them on our website or social channels. If you prefer your pet not to appear, just let us know — we’ll honour the request.
Pricing and VAT
All prices on the Price Guide are in AED and exclude 5% UAE VAT. Prices may change from time to time; the price applicable to your booking is the one quoted at the time of booking.
